Meet Pat — a standout leader in our Processing and Pre-Roll Department who’s been making a difference at JAR for the past three years. As manager of the Pre-Roll Room at our Lewiston location, Pat brings positivity, motivation, and an all-around great energy to the workplace every single day. Whether he’s helping the team push through a big project or cracking a well-timed joke, Pat leads by example and keeps morale high. We’re lucky to have him on the crew!
Q: Work Location/Position/How long have you been with JAR?
A: I’m the manager of the Pre-Roll Room at the Lewiston location. I’ve worked for JAR for 3 years.
Q: What is your favorite part of working for JAR?
A: The people that make up JAR Co. I enjoy coming to work every day.
Q: What is your favorite hobby?
A: Live concerts (Next up: Pantera!) or live sporting events.
Q: How do you maintain your enthusiasm for your work?
A: Staying enthusiastic and upbeat is relatively easy. I like who I work for and I like who I work with. It’s also very exciting being a part of a growing company like JAR. No boredom here!
Q: When I am not at work, you can find me…
A: Hanging out with my wife and son or just watching a ballgame.
Q: What is the most surprising thing on your bucket list?
A: Hmmmmmm…………probably the fact that I would love to take a trip to space. That would be epic.
