At Jar Cannabis, we’re fortunate to have a team of dedicated individuals who help ensure the quality of our products and smooth operations. Clint Gordon is one of those key team members. With over four years of service, Clint plays a critical role in keeping everything running behind the scenes.
Today, we’re spotlighting Clint to share a bit more about the man who’s responsible for maintaining our drying, curing, and facilities systems, as well as his approach to work and life.
Q&A with Clint Gordon
Q: Work location, position, and how long have you been with Jar?
A: I’ve been with Jar for over four years — started at Gorham (Suite A!), moved through Windham, Lewiston, and now I’m here. My role is Drying/Curing/Facilities/GC/Everything That No One Else Knows How to Do Manager.
Q: What is your favorite Jar project to date?
A: Designing and refining our drying and curing process. It’s been a lot of problem-solving with equipment failures and power issues, but we’ve got it dialed in. No errors, no excuses.
Q: What is a fun fact about yourself that may surprise people?
A: I’m that guy.
Q: When I am not at work, you can find me…
A: Designing cat furniture or working on my disc golf course. Always staying busy.
Q: How do you maintain your enthusiasm for your work?
A: Perfect attendance helps, but it’s really the fact that 130+ people rely on me doing my job well. I take that responsibility seriously, and it keeps me motivated.
Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
A: The best advice I’ve gotten:
‘Be water, my friend.’ — Bruce Lee
‘Sweep off our side of the street.’ — Alcoholics Anonymous
These remind me to stay calm, adaptable, and focused on what I can control.
