From trimming to growing, to rolling joints and pressing rosin, Justin has truly done it all. After stepping away for a short time, he returned to our Lewiston facility three years ago and has been a cornerstone of the team ever since.
Affectionately known as “Mr. Morale,” Justin brings contagious energy, great music, and plenty of laughs to every shift. But make no mistake: beneath that easygoing attitude is a strong work ethic and laser focus. His dedication keeps operations running smoothly and spirits high across the production floor.

Q: How do you maintain your enthusiasm for work?
A: I try keeping the attitude in the room upbeat while keeping the focus on work. Listening to all kinds of music while poking fun at each other.
Q: If you could swap jobs with anyone at the company for a day, who would it be and why?
A: The rosen lab. I loved the process that it takes to make some great products.
